What to expect

This year’s conference begins with preconference activities on Day 1, April 22, 2024. On Day 2 and 3 (April 23–24), we will host keynote talks, breakout sessions, and networking opportunities. See the program for details. You can also start building your schedule.

This year's conference is primarily an in-person event. Only the opening keynote by Jessica Barker MBE, the closing keynote by Rob Lowden, and our AI in Action plenary session will be live streamed. The breakout sessions and in-depth workshops and trainings will be in person.

Getting around campus and hotel accommodations

Parking

IU Bloomington honors parking permits from all IU campuses in comparable parking lots and garages. Visitors may also park in the Indiana Memorial Union lot for a discounted rate. Coupons for half-price parking will be available at conference check-in. For more information, visit IU Bloomington Parking Operations.

Note: Biddle Hotel guests parking in the IMU lots will be charged a daily fee of $6/car on their hotel folio.
