Conference registration
Each sponsor receives a certain number of attendees per their sponsorship agreement. Questions about registration can be directed to Sarah Gries at sbhahn@iu.edu.
Hotel accommodations
Out-of-town attendees are encouraged to book accommodations at the IMU Biddle Hotel & Conference Center. You can also check out Visit Bloomington or IU Travel Management Services for other lodging options.

Parking information
Visitors can park in the Indiana Memorial Union lot for a discounted rate. Coupons for half-price parking will be available at conference registration. For more information, visit IU Bloomington Parking Operations.
Note: Biddle Hotel guests parking in the IMU lots will be charged a daily fee of $6/car on their hotel folio.
